We would wish you to be content with your purchase. The refunds must be regarded on a case-by-case basis and as per the terms outlined below. 

  • No automatic refunds: All refund requests are reviewed and approved by Digital Brik. 
  • Issue of service delivery: Since digital marketing and custom services are time-consuming and resource-intensive, there is no guarantee of refunds. 
  • Stabilization: To confirm requests, we might demand documentation (such as email history, project documentation, project performance reports, or screenshots). 

Non-Refundable Services 

Refunds will not be made on: 

  • Already delivered and approved services by the client. 
  • In progress work that has begun and is becoming effective. 
  • On-demand digital products that are delivered instantly. 
  • The monthly retainers that have already been implemented in the billing period. 
  • Camps are run, advertisement funds are spent, or third-party funds are paid. 
  • Mental reversal or buyer’s remorse. 
  • Delays by the client because of its unresponsiveness or inability to provide necessary resources/materials. 

Review Process 

  • Our team checks all refund requests. 
  • We can call you to provide further information. 
  • The final decisions will be made through email within 7-10 business days after receiving requests. 

Refund Payment Method & Timeline 

Your use of our services and products binds you to the policies of our business and industry. And in that regard, no money-back policy is offered at eSearch Logix.  

  • In the event that you are not content with any of the products or services given by our team members, then you are required to report your concern to the respective customer care within the next 24 hours of opting.  
  • Based on the industry and the business structure and composition, we give an appropriate procedure to the clients to pay for the upcoming month’s services after reviewing the performance/result of the current and the past period.  
  • As per the nature of the industry, we, or any other company in the industry, cannot assure any precise ranking/traffic/sales.  
  • As a contract, when you are paying for next month, it means that you are happy and content with our service offerings to you so far.  
  • Any SEO plan that is provided and created under the name of a guaranteed money-back SEO plan must be implemented on a separate agreement and re-run policy to qualify for receiving the money back. 

Cancellation Terms 

Our transparent policies are a way of making the experience of all our customers smooth and fair. Please consider the following points: 

  • It is not possible to cancel the orders after 12 hours of their placement, especially when one of our teams has already passed the preliminary work or even initiated communication with the customer. 
  • Cancellation of services provided on special promotion events like New Year, Christmas, Thanksgiving, or others will not be possible. 
  • After the money has been paid, it cannot be returned. The paid amount can, however, be contributed to an order in the future within 120 days of the payment date. 
  • Any problems with third-party services or software, such as hosting, domain, server, email services, images, videos, and plugins, or anything like that, will not be under our responsibility in terms of the project. In case our team has to help to solve such problems, we will charge some extra money. 
  • In case you feel that the services provided are not as promised or as the services shown on our website, you need to report the same to our Support or Sales Team within 24 hours of receiving the service. We shall look into the issue and then act accordingly.
